Infant Massage Classes
Baby Bodywork will be hosting two Infant Massage Classes in the month of June. The first is June 11th at Yo Mama Yoga studio in Boulder from 9-10 a.m. The second is June 12th at Becoming Mothers from 10-11 a.m. The classes will focus on massage sequences for reflux, colic & gas, constipation and sleep. New Doula in town
I met a wonderful person who is a new Doula in the Boulder Area. Her website is firstsunrisedoula.com and her name is Courtney Audy, she's a birth doula and I've heard only great things about her.
