Class Description

In this one hour class you will learn the healing ancient art of Infant Massage.  This class is for parents, caregivers and family members.  Massage has many benefits for baby and caregiver.  For the baby these include, stimulation of the respiratory, circulatory, nervous, muscular and gastrointestinal systems.  You will practice with your baby, using eye-to-eye contact, increasing the bond between you, communicating and having fun with your baby.  The massage sequences we will be covering include, reflux, colic/gas, constipation and sleep.  You will learn how to customize these sequenes to your baby's developmental changes and play.  Your instructor is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Infant Massage Instructor.  You will take home a packet with everything we cover in class and a Sleep Massage Oil from the Baby Bodywork Product Line.

Registration is $30 per couple and baby
Additional Family Members are $10 each
